Power Supply Agreement

The Agreement was signed between Coastalpower Development Corporation & Basilan Electric Cooperative (BASELCO) last August 21, 2008

COASTALPOWER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to specifically handle the power requirements of Basilan Island, created Special Purpose Corporation (SPC),

Basilan Island Power, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) No. CS200834492 on December 23, 2008, fully endorsed by the Department of Energy (DOE) on November 28, 2008.

Project Incentives

• Project has 6 years income tax holiday (ITH).
• No import duty on capital equipments.
• Special residence Visa for investors.
• Sole power area provider for the next 15 years.
• Fuel cost for the diesel project is “pass thru” on the government subsidy, base on MOPS.

We intend to open up 40% share ownership of our company in BI Power, to qualified STRATEGIC partner.
