SolarTotal Signs Memorandum of Agreement with Coastalpower

SolarTotal signs memorandum of agreement with Coastalpower Development Corporation March 26 2011. The partnership would entail development of solar energy for the Philippine market with SolarTotal's marketing approach. Present during the signing were the top management team of SolarTotal, Directors of Costalpower Development Corporation and owners of Clemente Capital, LLC.
